A perfectly acceptable hotel with polite staff. The GM was accommodating and stepped in to help out when we had a problem. Nice pool and health centre - excellent massage.
Restaurant offerings we a little lacking. Main restaurant on 5th floor could only do buffet.

The room was huge with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff was professional and very helpful, just like you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Central location close to Saudi Arabia, the green mountain, and Abha Dam & Green Mountain; it was in a fairly nice area.

The room had climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television, which I loved. the breakfast was large, delicious, and had a great variety of hot dishes, with a fantastic view. - the location was picturesque, best possible, with mountains and lakes opposite the hotel. - the hotel was a handy base for enjoying the pretty nice area.

Everything was simply amazing. We got a room with a bath. The staff was professional and very very helpful and provided good services. Location: the hotel was close to the airport, the fare for which is SAR 105, and Abha Dam & Green Mountain. Again, it was 4 miles from Green Mountain.

Had an amazing time during our vacation! The room we stayed in was pretty clean and we absolutely adored the superior queen room. The location of this place was great, as it was centrally located and near the Amusement Park. 🎢

The only convenience was the location in the outskirts of abha city.
A lot. From the first moment of arrival there was no valet parking service. No bill captin to assist us with luggages. The check in was smooth though. Room service is limited menus. You can't have amiricano after coffee shop working hours. Carpet was Dirty spots were visible from distance. Not worth another trial at all.
